Can you see this Goldenrod Spider?

There was an incredible boost to biodiversity on the RU Schaumburg campus this year. The restored prairie habitat supported a host of plants, insects, birds and mammals which were buoyed from the abundance of moisture and comfortable temperatures. Below you’ll find a glimpse of the wildlife caught on campus by RU staff member and photographer, CJ Granberg. If you’re interested in trying your hand at wildlife photography yourself, take a stroll through the prairie walk in the morning or evenings. You may even find a surprising species like this nearly invisible goldenrod spider!
